Default Which Green Scythe & Daggers Have These Mods?

I was just wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of some green daggers & a scythe which has the following mods, as I need them for my sin & derv heroes:

15^50
Armor Penetration 20/20
Health +30

In other words, what most people would call "perfect" weapons. Thanks a lot.

I would recommend looking into different mods for both of those weapons. Sundering on Daggers won't do much. +20% of 7-17 is not much extra damage. Zealous is quite effective for almost all builds, I would suggest getting Zealous Daggers for a hero.

Scythe can benefit from Sundering, but 15^50 isn't what I would choose. I have yet to see a Dervish run a build without at least 1 enchantment, and its rare they don't have at least 1 enchantment active at all times. Because of this, I run 15^enchanted for my Dervish heroes. Depending on the build, I will also give them a +20% enchantment mod on the scythe. Helps for thinds like Ebon Dust Aura.

Perhaps you need to read up on what Sundering does before you answer. It's not "+20% of 7-17". That would be "customizing".

Sundering does not simply add +20% to the base damage of the weapon.. it causes 20% of the target's armor to be disregarded from the damage equation.

What you say is true though, Sundering on a set of daggers is worthless because it only affects the minuscule base damage, whereas daggers do most of their damage with the armor-ignoring +damage on their attack skills.

In my opinion, the only real reason to run 15% while Enchanted over 15^50 is to avoid the higher cost of a 15^50 inscription. Even if you're enchanted 100% of the time, the only time a 15% (enchanted) mod would be "better" would be if your health goes under 50%... in which case you should heal; not do damage.

I don't quite understand why you say "armor-ignoring" +damage. Only certain types of damage are armor-ignoring. A skill that adds +damage, does exactly that - it adds an amount of damage on top of that done by the base attack. The "type" of damage, unless otherwise specified, is the same as the damage from the base attack. For example, if you are using a weapon that does fire damage, both the base damage and the +damage would be fire damage - which is not armor-ignoring.
This +damage would also be affected by armor penetration.

Actually Quaker, the +dmg is tacked on, after weapon damage is taken into account and after armor has already been factored in.

It is armor-ignoring, since it bypasses armor as dargon described. While it is true that the type of damage is the same, it has no relation to the fact that it still isn't affected at all by armor.
